RaeLynn Lamminen, PsyD, NCSP

Dr. RaeLynn Lamminen holds a Doctorate Degree in School Psychology and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She has a cross-disciplinary Master’s Degree in Special Education and Psychology. She began her career supporting alternative education settings such as care and treatment, secondary transition, and federal level 4 programs. Her experience has grown to include traditional, charter, language immersion, and early childhood educational settings.

Dr. Lamminen’s roles have included conducting educational evaluations, leading professional development training, and coordinating teams of professionals using in-person, hybrid, and telepractice models. Her expertise spans special education due process, social and emotional learning, academic and behavioral interventions, data-based decision-making, systems change, trauma-informed care, mental health, and school-community collaboration.

In close collaboration with educators, families, and community providers, Dr. Lamminen seeks to identify needs and deliver appropriate services at district-wide, building, classroom, and individual levels. Her core belief is that students should have equitable access and opportunities to a quality education. She advocates for implementing a tiered approach to academic, behavioral, mental health, and social-emotional learning supports. Her mission is to ensure students receive the essential resources and interventions to thrive academically, behaviorally, and emotionally.
